Turbocharging is abbreviated as TURBO. If TURBO or T is seen at the rear of a car, it indicates that the engine used in the car is a turbocharged engine. For example, Volkswagen Bora's 1.8T, Passat's 1.8T, Audi's 2.0T, and so on. The engines of these cars work by burning fuel in the engine cylinders, thereby outputting power to the outside world. When the engine displacement is constant, the most effective way to increase the output power of the engine is to provide more fuel for combustion. However, it is easy to provide more fuel to the cylinder, but it is difficult to achieve this by relying on traditional engine intake systems to provide sufficient air to support complete fuel combustion.
HIT specializes in the production and manufacturing of various superalloy gas turbine components. The gas turbine products include burner inserts, heat tiles, equiaxed blades and vanes, directionally solidified blades and single crystal blades. The materials adopted for HIT products cover INCO718, IN738 LC, IN792, RENE80, MAR 246, MAR247, MAR 247 LC, etc.
Special processes including X-ray inspection, fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI), fusion welding, heat treatment and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) are Nadcap certified.
HIT capabilities include: independent tooling development in house, independent development and production of ceramic cores in house, full-process inspections of gas turbine components.
50kg EX furnace could produce products with melting weight range 6-50kg and maximum product dimension ф600mm*H550mm; 300kg EX furnace could produce products with melting weight range 50-300kg and maximum product dimension ф950mm*H1300mm.
32kg DS/SX furnace could produce products with melting weight range 6-32kg and maximum product dimension ф400mm*H520mm; 300kg DS/SX furnace could produce with melting weight range50-300kg, and maximum product dimension ф950mm*H1300mm.
