Aerospace Components
HIT adopts select suitable casting and machining technologies based on product types to produce aerospace components. The produced aerospace products include valve bodies, brackets, nozzles, diffusers, mounts, flanges, etc. The alloy materials used for aerospace products cover INCO718, INCO625, MAR247, HAST X, AIRE319 and others. Special processes have got Nadcap certification, including X-ray inspection, fluorescent penetrant inspection, fusion welding, heat treatment and hot isostatic pressing (HIP).
HIT capabilities include: independent tooling development in house, independent development and production of ceramic cores in house, full-process inspections of aerospace components.
