The company conducts special training on zero defect quality awareness cultivation

In order to enhance the quality awareness of all employees, establish the quality management concept of "zero defect", and further improve the comprehensive skill level of employees, on October 23, the company held a training session with the theme of "zero defect seminar".
This training was taught by Xue Peng, Director of Quality&Lean Production. Based on his accumulation of cutting-edge theories and rich experience, he provided in-depth explanations from practical examples, quality definitions, customer requirements, management core, management points, and other aspects.
The training was conducted in a combination of teaching and discussion, with students discussing in groups and brainstorming on "how to score 100 points per exam" and "how to achieve zero defects in work". The entire process was filled with a lively atmosphere, and the students' thoughts collided and inspiration burst out.
After the discussion, each group sent representatives to the stage to share and explain how these methods can be applied in practical work.
Finally, based on the sharing of each group, the judges will select the winning group and award prizes to the group members.
Through this training, all employees will truly understand the connotation of "zero defect" management and the importance of creating a corporate quality culture. Everyone will strengthen their awareness of "doing the right thing correctly, doing it right at once", laying a solid foundation for improving product quality in the enterprise.
